Role Description
This role requires an experienced Site Manager Site Agent to run small security upgrade projects across South West London There will be 4 sites with a total value of approx 5million with a mix of Construction and ME related works
Your background can be either ME bias with experience in overseeing CCTV Alarm systems and new door systems being installed The other option is a construction build background overseeing new reenforced windows Doors gates and fencing
Day to day tasks will include
Managing sub contractors
Full control of the programme of works
Crating Method statements
Client meets with progress reports as required
