World renowned retailer requires a MQ Specialist to join the Information Systems team to help deliver a seamless service to its online customers You will be part of a team responsible for the ongoing support of the online store as well as there being an opportunity to get involved in project initiatives as part of the growth for the online store
This pivotal role within the team will predominately involve offering support incident management for all systems that contribute to the online store functionality This includes the frontend eCommerce platform WebSphere Commerce backend fulfilment and Logistics systems Warehouse and Carrier Management as well as the customer services call centre application Numero All of which are integrated by a WebSphere MQ messaging system
