My client is a main contractor based in the West Midlands they require an experienced Quantity Surveyor that can hit the ground running to join their team on a 3 month contract The role is office based but will also require some travelling
The ideal candidate must have previous retail experience working with a large supermarket chain The role will involve precontract during and postcontract work so experience in these areas is essential
Other Requirements
Degree or HND Educated
Experience in working with a large supermarket chain is essential to be considered
Proven experience with a main contractor
Ability to work with precision within tight deadlines
Be client facing and capable of handling challenging clients
Some travel is required so a full UK driving license is needed
