Caretaker Deputy Site Manager is required to be based at my clients site in Shepperton Surrey carrying out various general maintenance security and cleaning duties
Please note this position is working 36 hours per week 52 weeks of the year Monday to Friday 1115am 700pm
Duties include
General upkeep of the premises and maintenance
Security duties
Litter collecting
Basic repair duties ie tightening hinges painting etc
Moving Furniture
Tidying and general cleaning
Unlocking and locking of premises
The successful Caretaker will ideally have previous experience in a similar role live locally to Shepperton Surrey or be a driver with your own car
Personality attitude and reliability are very important in this position
