Our Client is currently looking an experienced Maintenance Electrician with Building Services experience to work in a large commercial building based in North West London Duties will include planned preventative and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment faultfinding and repairs and general building fabric Must have 3 phase motor controls and AHU experience
Qualifications and Experience
City Guilds in Electrical Part 1 2 or equivalent
Previous building services and critical environment experience hospital or 5 hotel experience would be an advantage
Hours 4 weeks MonFri 8am430pm 5th week MonFri 11am8pm SatSun 8am430pm plus call outs 6th week Tues Wed Thurs 8am430pm
