A fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator ideally within a construction purchasing background To work for a company based in Totton Southampton who provide refurbishments to the cruise liner industry
This role will be 90 office based and 10 on board cruise liners in locations worldwide so this person must be flexible with being away from home for up to 34 weeks at a time
Duties To assist the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager in administration and clerical support as required Placing orders chasing orders liaising with suppliers vendors project workers subcontractors etc this is a varied and busy role You will need to have great organisational skills and have strong people management skills
