We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Claims Handler to work for a prestigious Insurerbroker based in Bedfordshire
The role will involve recording and checking information dealing with telephone queries from Clients Intermediaries Underwriters Loss Adjusters Signing Bureau and internal personnel
You will be expected to provide prompt and efficient response to enquiries including the notification of claims to Insurers complying within company service standards
You will be responsible to handle forms and letters when clients claim on their insurance and check records to make sure the client is covered for the claim You will also broke claims with the relevant markets either electronically via post or in person
You will ultimately see claims from cradle to grave and above is only a few tasks involved
The salary is dependent upon experience however the ideal candidate will have at least 18 months Commercial Claims experience
