Job Description

Office Angels are recruiting for our client a UK market leader based in Dunfermline We are looking for an experienced administrator who has previously worked in a customer service position ideally within a call centre environment

The position will be based within the HR sector of the company and will run from Monday Friday 9am 5pm for around 3 months

It is preferred but not essential that the candidate will have passed a CRC check

Duties include

Making a large volume of calls to potential candidates regarding their recent job applications
Arranging and following up interviews
Drafting and sending out documents required for a new start
Liaising with Hiring Managers
Adding accurate profiles and candidate information onto the inhouse system
Ensuring all background checks are completed and logged
