We are looking to recruit an Experienced negiotiator with the drive and confidence required to flourish in a well established and successful family owned Estate Agency based in York City Centre
The Role
The role will include
Meeting and greeting potential vendors and purchasers in the office
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Making the most of every opportunity
Attend Arrange and follow up viewings
Arranging sales valuations
Selling related services including financial services
Maintaining client contact and progressing sales to completion
New business generation is paramount to the success of the agency and your best endeavours will be anticipated at all times This is an exciting and ever changing role with no two days alike Ideally seeking someone with at least 2 years experience as a negotiator and proven success in this busy and challenging but very rewarding industry
