We are looking for an experienced substance misuse support worker to be part of a busy team in the North East Area The ideal candidate will have worked in a rehabilitation unit before working with users looking for a fresh start Experience dealing with residential rehabilitation substance misuse abstinence general well being therapeutic interventions and brief therapeutic intervention would be preferred but not essential The candidate must have a good understanding of the substance misuse field holding highquality interaction and communication skills Whats more the candidate is required to be competent work under their own initiative and be able to work under minimal supervision
