My clients are looking for Senior Support Workers for their large residential service based in the Snowdonia area of North Wales Candidates for these roles will ideally have at 2 years experiencing in similar role and their NVQ Level 2 in health and social care although this is not essential if you have worked in a similar environment
Within this role you will be responsible for providing person centred to service users with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour Duties will include promoting Independence administering medication supervising and apprising junior staff adhering to care plans and following risk assessments and ensuring all services users well being is maintained
