An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Head Chef with a minimum of 1 Rosette experience to take over the efficient running of a busy kitchen in a trendy hotel located in a stunning village on the outskirts of Carnforth
The Hotel boasts 20 individually styled bedrooms a 50 seater restaurant and a 20 seater bar Food service is casual and relaxed with an emphasis on quality and consistency
As Head Chef you will would be responsible for 5 full time chefs prep and cooking staff training recruitment stock control ordering HACCP COSHH and ensuring the kitchen exceeds the Health Hygiene requirements You will report into the Group Executive Head Chef who oversees multiple outlets throughout Cumbria and Lancashire
Applicants wishing to apply must have
Proven experience as a Head Chef working to a minimum of 1 Rosette standard
Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene incl HACCP and COSHH
