We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to be based out of Basildon This is a full time position working standard office hours Monday to Friday
The role is to act as the primary contact for customers both internal and external as well as being responsible for the whole order process from acceptance to dispute management You will ensure customer satisfaction at all times by being the communication link between the customer and internal departments
Duties include
Answering inbound calls and dealing with order enquiries via email
Investigating and resolving all queries
Liaising with a variety of departments within the business ie financial technical commercial and retail
Developing strong relationships with regional customers...
