My client is seeking a Deputy Manager for a residential home in Liverpool specialising in Dementia Care
Supporting the Home Manager you will have a strong care background and either be a current deputy manager or a senior care assistant looking for the next step in your career Other responsibilities include managing the home in the managers absence assisting and monitoring medication staff rotas and care planning
You should be felxible and willing to work a 40 hour week on shift basis 5 out of 7 days
It is desirable that you are qualified to NVQ level 3 and all mandatory training will be provided by the employer The chance to progress to Home Manager will be available to the right candidate in the future
