A private SEN school supporting children with autism are expanding to provide residential care for six of their students The organisation has recently converted two houses within the grounds and are looking for residential support staff to join their team
These homes are modern and finished to a high spec and are ready for the children to add their own touches to make it feel like home The school is surrounded by acres of land and has lots of buildings that they are working to convert into additional accommodation and facilities for the children
As a Residential Support Worker you will support the children in the home and school you will work closely with the children to engage them in activities including domestic tasks and you will have the ability to respond to challenging behaviour appropriately
