As a result of major expansion plans the company are seeking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their Social Housing Division to help strengthen their position across the West Midlands
To qualify for this exciting and varied opportunity the company are seeking an experienced Estimator who has a proven track record of successfully preparing estimates within the social housing refurbishment sector Experience of using the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates will be seen as an advantage
The successful Estimator will also have a keen eye for detail will possess the ability to think and write creatively as far as the bid process is concerned In addition they must be selfdriven motivated and looking for the opportunity to further their career
Good IT and communication skills are also a must
