Our client has a bio refinery based in the Humberside area When fully operational they will be one of the largest ethanol producers in Europe and the UKs largest single source supplier of animal feed
They are currently looking to recruit a Performance Manager or Shift Manager The incumbent will manage a team of 4 day support technicians made up of two control room operators a wheat and DDGS plant technician and a liquefaction fermentation and distillation technician The purpose of this team is to
1 Provide shift cover for the corresponding shift team roles
2 Support plannedscheduled activities requiring additional in field technician or control room technician resource
3 Support for troubleshooting plant operational issues
4 A resource for to work with the science manager and production engineer
