A vacancy has arisen for the above post which is within the Legal Department
Duties required are
Completion of Online Court Forms
Moving cases forward on expiry of application deadline
Passing matters to Bailiffs and Sheriffs
Dealing with Winding Up Petitions in the UK
Dealing with solicitors for recovery of debts outside England Wales
All other Legal Team duties Write Offs file closures etc
The candidate should be proficient in Word Excel Internet applications
There is an opportunity to grow in this role and supported ILEX study is available for the right candidate Anyone already undertaking this area of study would also be considered
Full training will be provided on additional systems Spanner and Open Accounts
