Job Purpose To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of all aftersales departments
As an Aftersales Manager your Key Objectives will be
To improve the quality of customer service and retention through enhancing facilities
To ensure that all customer queries and complaints are dealt with promptly courteously and sympathetically and to maintain an accurate written record of all complaints and actions taken to restore customer satisfaction and to ensure the same type of complaint does not reoccur
Ensure that the required calibration and inspection of all tools is carried out as per ISO requirements Perform analysis of results and document defects
