This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to join this professional organisation You will contribute towards supporting the Service Users to make informed decisons and develop independence help access community links and liaise with other professionals to offer the highest quality of care
Candidates will ideally have NVQ L 3 in Health and Social Care and experience of supporting adults with Learning Disabilities Complex Needs Autism
