As a result of continued growth we are now looking to recruit a Mobile builderhandyperson to cover a number of retail sites in the West Midlands region
The Mobile Handyperson will assist a Building Maintenance Technician in looking after planned and reactive building maintenance across multisites
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and repair of general building fabric of retail outlets
Regular planned store visits to complete PPM tasks and minor repairs requested by customer
Undertaking lighting replacement pest inspections unblocking drains decorating and any other reasonable maintenance duties
