Our client is looking to recruit a Catering Manager to be responsible for all catering staff on the property
Duties will include
Recruiting training motivating developing and managing staff and volunteers to appropriate agreed standards of performance
Managing staff budgets to ensure optimum deployment of staff and volunteers
Developing and enhancing the traditional seasonal and local content of the menus to ensure the highest standard of food quality
Controlling the purchase of all catering related items eg food consumables equipment etc in line with national and regional buying policies
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health and safety in accordance with current legislation
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested of the role
