Must be AAT qualified The ideal candidate would need to have an advanced level of understanding and proven experience of operating a high volume purchase ledger from an AS400 accounting platform Responsible for assigned supplier accounts in an efficient accurate and effective manner
Duties responsibilities
Receiving preparing and posting supplier invoices and credit notes to the purchase ledger
Matching invoices with goods received notes and clearing purchase orders ready for authorisation
Periodic reconciliation of supplier accounts and liaising with suppliers to resolve account queries including chasing for and clearing supplier credit notes
Posting returns notes and matching to suppliers credit notes
Coding invoices and credit notes and subsequent posting to the nomina...
