As a member of the Human Resources team you will provide effective and proactive administrative support that will include the production of documentation resolving internal and external queries record keeping and filing contributing towards the recruitment process and assisting the HR Payroll Manager
As the Recruitment HR Assistant you will
Issue application forms reference issue contracts of employment and offer letter with complete accuracy chase all necessary paperwork prior to start
Ensure full accuracy of starting employees on HR systems and Oracle system
Coordinate interview appointments with relevant managers and continue relationships with current agencies and update of recruitment spreadsheet for internal reference
