Reporting to the Office Manager and acting as the offices first point of contact you will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining procedures to ensure the appropriate impression is given to all callers and visitors to the Rochdale office You will be responsible for the switchboard meeting and greeting clients on their arrival and ensuring that the reception area and meeting rooms are consistently maintained to a high standard You will also provide other general administrative duties as and when required by directors and other staff
