A Development Worker is required for a longterm project until the end of March 2012 The Communities Development Worker will work alongside the local Communities First Partnership and will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Partnerships Communities First Action Plan for Taff Bargoed Valley
This role will be based at Treharris although the post holder may be required to work from Bedlinog Trelewis andor Troedyrhiw as and when needed
The role will include but not be limited to
Assist in developing arrangements which enable people from all sections of the community to be actively involved in the work of their local Communities First Partnership
Provide advice and support to service providers
Assist in devising needs assessments so that the Partnership has a clear picture of the community it represents and its priority needs
