A Performance Officer is required for an immediate start working for a local council in the South Wales area The Performance Officer will be responsible for and support the implementation and roll out of the performance management system across the Council Partnerships and LSBs to enable performance management project management risk management other action plan management to operate effectively
The successful applicant will actively contribute to the design support advice guidance and coordination of all initiatives of improvement and performance across all activities of the Council Partnerships and LSB
