Position Description
To manage all aspects of the supply chain to ensure that
The customer interface is managed from demand and order book management to customer order fulfilment
Material and components are available for both the company and third party production in a timely manner
Production is planned and scheduled to ensure appropriate customer service production efficiency and inventory holdings
Materials and finished product are appropriately warehoused and distributed to meet all requirements including those of the customer
Responsibilities
Lead the Order Fulfilment Process
Maximise customer service
Ensure that finished product inventory cover is within agreed limits for RAG Vendor Managed Inventory products and on time supply for BAD Make to Order products
Proactively manage HOL inventory
