Genreal Manager Responsibilities
To be responsible in overseeing the management of the home
To manage develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision in the Home Managing and leading a team of nursesstaff
Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary
You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home and be an excellent manager of staff
