The Redline Group are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for our nuclear industry leading Cumbria based client The successful candidate would be responsible for all commercial matters thus enabling the division to sustain future organic growth by expanding into new territories and engaging new customers
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and advice on commercial strategy during bid process
Provide support to the business in ensuring that all bids follow the correct commercial procedures
Risk assessment of commercial viability of contracts including preparing and developing commercial risk assessments for bids and proposals
Provide Commercial responses to contract changes and new bids
Draft negotiate and manage agreements with customers agents distributors and representatives
Attend and coordinate and lead if necessary external contract reviews with customers
