Our client a prestigious broker based in the Maidstone area is now seeking to recruit for their new business team
Your main purpose will be to deliver a quality service to new customers to maximise customer satisfaction margins and new business conversion
We are ideally looking for candidates with insurance experience preferably from a Broker background and are therefore used to speaking to insurers agencies and clients directly A sales background is also desirable The salary bracket for this role is 15500 to 18000 basic commission depending on experience
