The postholder will have a central role and actively participate in developing and maintaining a performance framework in the Youth Offending Team YOT ensuring the delivery of a competent performance management regime for the service The aim of the performance management and data function within the YOT is to ensure the effective provision of information to develop implement interpret and evaluate activity to reduce and prevent offending
