Responsible For
Renewals of all Products Services
Purpose
Send out quotes follow up quotes close business and produce monthly forecast figures
Main Duties
Sending out renewals notices in advance 3 months
Making sure all renewals are sent out and followed up and speaking to the correct contact
Relationship Building
Cross Selling and Up selling
Processing orders
Day to day quoting including customer queries etc
Liaising and updating Vendors on renewals on a regular basis
Forecasting monthlyweekly
Attending technical vendor and internal training
Systems
CRM Intranet and Outlook
Admin
Produce Quotes forecasting any further adhoc duties
