Are you great on the phone and have previous experience of a busy customer service environment have you previously worked in a call centre but would like Monday to Friday office hours instead of shifts then this could be the role for you
our Client is an expanding people orientated company that excels in providing excellent service levels to its customers
You will deal with a range of Clients offering help and support by phone and email when they call in with queries
this is a very busy role where previous experience of a fast paced customer service environment is highly beneficial great customer service skills coupled with good administrative and keyboard skills are essential for this role
Hours of work are 830530 Monday to Friday
