Role Responsibilities
Day to day administrative support to the Director
Extensive travel arrangements
Coordination of diaries meetings and teleconferences
Involved in departmental new starter inductions
Sales Administration ie dairies assisting with tenders registering business onto database
Managing compliance database
Monitoring movements of worldwide sales force
Knowledge Skills Experience
Previous experience at a senior PA level
International background would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative
