Our client a successful UK wide Training Provider is currently looking to appoint a Qualified Contact Centre NVQ Assessor to cover the Manchester Lancashire area
The successful Assessor will be responsible for the training assessment and support of a caseload of learners undertaking NVQ and Apprenticeships within Call Handling Contact Centre and to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of NVQs in line with company procedures
Successful Qualified candidates will hold Training and Development units D32D33 or the new A1 Award and appropriate occupational background and Qualifications
ENVQ experience preferred but not essential
