I am currenlty looking for a relief with a view to possibly go permanent experienced Restaurant Supervisor within a busy modern 3 star hotel in Cornwall
You will be responsable for a small team from 510 staff and report to a very hands on FB Manager You need to be confident and have supervisory skills to enure the smooth running of the restaurant both for breakfast lunch and dinner for guests and wedding guests
Ideally you will have experience of rotas help with staff training
This is a temporary position until at least Feb 2012 therefore would suit someone who has just finished a summer seasonal position and looking to keep themselves busy
