My client is currently looking for a Home Manager RMN for a medium sized specialist nursing home care home in Hindhead This home provides speclialist nursing social care for the mentally infirm The home has an excellent reputation and good CQC rating
The Role
42 hours per week and alternate on call weekends with the deputy manager
50 management role strong business and clinical skills required
Responsible to the proprietors for the daytoday running of the care home including management of all staff
Ensuring and maintaining the highest possible standards of treatment care and support
You will lead motivate and manage the multiprofession team
Responsible for the implementation of clinical governance and you will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards to help maintain the 3 star CQC rating
The Candidate
Experience of working with addiction and challenging behaviour
Registered Home Manager with a minimum of 2 years care home experience
