Job Role
The core purpose of this role is to provide technical expertise in conceiving designing and delivery of custom applications within the contact centre environment
Develop solutions within the contact centre that will allow agents to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively by using the custom user interface script
Contribute to external client development needs such as bespoke email solutions
You will also be involved in centrewide system development in creating new applications to further enhance operational effectiveness
