Job Description
providing excellent customer service and maximising sales performance of the store
take ownership and resolve customer issues
identify and fulfil customer needs appropriately
liaise with internal and external business units on behalf of suppliers
ensure all policies are maintained and presentation standards are up held within the store
Key Skills
previous experience of the retailcustomer service sector would be advantageous but not essential
