Our client is at the forefront of the mortgage business and as a specialist within the new build market work alongside national housebuilders and regional estate agencies With their head office in Essex they form part of a larger group which incorporates an IFA division who work in conjunction with solicitors and accountants in addition to servicing their own clients
Due to the demands of ever increasing business our client is looking to recruit mortgage advisers to cover Surrey Kent Norfolk and Suffolk to service their new build partners and also advisers to work from their Colchester Office to work alongside the regional estate agents Our clients existing advisers conduct a minimum of 5 appointments a week with postappointment processing being carried out by their dedicated administration support team
