An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fee Earner within a large West Yorkshire firms Credit Hire department As a Fee Earner in Credit Hire you will be dealing with a large portfolio of Credit Hire RTA claims
It is essential that you have experience in a similar role and have experience dealing with Small and Fast Track claims as well as Credit Hire RTA claims You will possess sound litigation knowledge and have experience handling your own caseload within RTA Credit Hire
On a day to day basis you will be supported by a Legal Assistant handling Credit Hire RTA claims You will have experience dealing with RTA litigation involving Credit Hire and have an excellent understanding of the CPR civil procedure rulesWord and excel ability is also essential
