A great opportunity has come available for a Fast Track Fee Earner to work within a successful West Yorkshire firms Personal Injury claims department It is essential that you have experience dealing with RTA Personal Injury claims and have a good technical knowledge of litigation
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with highvolume Fast Track Personal Injury and RTA compensation claims and possess welldeveloped litigation skills On a day to day basis you will be working closely with a Legal Assistant in handling a large portfolio of Personal InjuryRTA claims
You will be an excellent motivator with knowledge and experience of dealing with Conditional Fee Agreements CFAs The ideal candidate will also have good Word Excel skills and be an excellent negotiator
