Senior Planner Construction Manager
This large top 5 UK contractor has a need for additional Planning resources on a major construction project in East London The project is in the early construction stage and runs for 18 months
Your contract will be on an ongoing basis and could potentially lead to a permanent position with the business
Standard project planner duties will apply and will include
Producing monitoring and presenting accurate progress reports
Manage design information from the Architect Engineers to relevant parties to ensure smooth operation of works on site
Subcontractor coordination
Procurement and quantification of all materials including the production of delivery schedules
Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 10 years planning experience of major new build projects in a variety of sectors A professional qualification is desirable and a good knowledge of health and safety is to be expected
