Senior Chef de Partie required for this Superb Town Centre Hotel with fast paced Brasserie Restaurant and busy Conference and Events Centre

The Head Chef is looking for a Chef De Partie with good allround experience in a good Hotel with a background in all fresh kitchens

As Senior Chef de Partie you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervising Commis and or Demi  chefs leading a team and organising small events this is an ideal position aspiring to be a junior Sous

This is a great opportunity for a chef to develop their CV in a great property under a great head Chef

There is no live in for this position but due to the location of the Hotel there is plenty of properties to rent close by
