Position: 3D CAD Technician

Major multidisciplinary consultancy requires a CAD BIM Technician to work on a range of building services projects from their office in Cardiff
You will develop schematic and detailed level models including modelling structure interior and exterior architectural elements and MEP systems
Furthermore you will also be expected to
Produce quantity takeoff reports
Report quantities in place and maintain cost report
Produce analysis reports
Develop the design phase schedule and the modelling and coordination schedule
Prepare 4D simulations as required
Attend and or manage model coordination meetings and document project preconstruction VC meetings
You should be qualified to HNC or degree level or equivalent in a related discipline and have extensive experience using AutoCAD Navisworks Revit Archicad cadduct and or ecotect
Only applicants with significant 3D CAD experience will be considered
