Our client is urgently seeking a Dementia Centre Manager who is to manage 2 large dementia units You will work alongside the registered Manager and be responsible for the running of the dementia units the staff within and more importantly of all ensuring unit managers are delivering an exceptional service to the highest of standards
Ideal candidates will be experienced Deputy or Unit Managers who are keen to step up into a more senior capacity or you will be a strong experienced manager of a smaller home who is looking for a new challenge in a large setting
You post will be supernumerary
