3 Specialist ME Contractors based in the East Midlands Warwickshire and the West Midlands respectively are looking to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager to effectively manage the activities on a project with a value above 5 million to successful outcome ensuring Financial and Technical standards and targets are met
Your principal site activities will centre around
Understand the running of the department and interrelationship of Design Estimating Surveying and Contract Sections together with Planning Department Central Services etc and liaison where necessary Recognise how the major project fits in with the Company business plan
Candidates must be qualified to DegreeHNC level in a related discipline ie Building Services Engineering Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years relevant project management experience
Line Management experience
Experience of dealing with contract compliance and variations
