As a Senior Residential Support Worker you will act as a key worker to a young people and work as part of a team to ensure a supportive environment for the young people is maintained and ensure the smooth running of the home
You will be a Senior Residential Care Worker with experience of working with young people aged 10 18 years old with challenging behaviour in a residential setting Ideally you will have your NVQ level 3 Children and Young People and be a car driver with access to a vehicle
