Overall Job Purpose
To provide an office based point of contact for internal and external customers with regard to Enterprise products
Main Duties
Provide an office based point of contact for both customers and sales with regard to enterprise sales
Foster strong working relationships with customers through proactive contact both via the telephone and face to face
Work with customers and technical resource to prepare accurate technical quotations
Support the sales cycle to the point of order
Work with Sales Administration and Purchasing to manage orders through the system
Coordinate the timely delivery and installation of Enterprise hardware and software as required
